Refund and Cancellation Policy

  • A full refund will be made if you secede to cancel our services within 5 days of making the payment.
  • If you choose to terminate our services after the initial 5 days then you will be charged an amount equivalent to the working hours put into the project.
  • The balance will be credited to the account from which you made the payment within 45 days of cancellation.
  • Cancellation of any service renewal should be done 10 days prior to the start of the next billing cycle.
  • If cancellations are made after the start of the billing cycle then an amount equivalent to the working hours put into the project during that month will be billable, which the clients will be entitled to pay.
  • If you signed up for our services but did not make use of them then you are still entitled to pay us.
  • The amount of the refund will be credited to the account from which the payment was made within 45 days of service cancellation.

SEO Refund Policy

Max Me Global will not be liable for refund or guarantee of top search ranking under the following circumstances:

  • In case of effect on SEO ranking due to changes in ranking algorithm, policies or functionality of search engines.
  • Link building, a part of SEO, is carried out based on the information you provide us. In case the URLs given by you are incorrect, we will not be responsible for any subsequent errors and there will not be any refunds or money-back guarantee.
  • Max Me Global will not be responsible for SEO results if the client engages with any other third-party SEO services.
    The number of times and rank of a website appears on the search list varies and thus an immediate change in the search ranking cannot be guaranteed.
  • Any adverse effect on ranking due to changes in website content by the client or third-party service provider hired by them.
  • We make no guarantee that our SEO services will show the client’s website in the top ten search ranks. However, understand that we work in your best interest and put in our best effort to provide genuinely profitable results.
  • Our aim is to make your life simpler and your business more lucrative.

Web Hosting Services Refund Policy.

  •  If paying via credit card, debit card, net banking, or Any Payment Gateway like Razorpay, Instamojo, or PayPal the account will be setup immediately or after Max Me Global checks payment manually, once the payment is confirmed.
  • If paying by cheque, please allow 5 days for the cheque to clear. If paying via postal orders or cash your account will be set up on the same day.
  • The 7-day money-back guarantee is only applicable for first-time sign-ups. Second-time and subsequent sign-ups are not eligible for the same. For instance,
  • if you’ve had an account with us before, cancelled and signed up again, you will not be eligible for a refund or if you have opened a second account with us.
  • There will be no refund for a domain registration/transfer/renewal, cPanel, Plesk, Webuzo, Control Panel, Cloud, Dedicated Server, Paid Support, SSL Certificates, SpamExperts, Windows OS, SQL, and any other paid licenses.
  • The customer requested or used any kind of promotion code to avail of service is not applicable for a refund.
    If any third-party applications like cPanel, Plesk, Webuzo, or Control Panel change their serving policy, We can increase our price for existing and new clients/customers.
  • The money-back guarantee is provided on Shared hosting, WordPress hosting, and Cloud hosting.
    We will refund your money ONLY if you have any technical issues with our hosting services.
  • No refund will be made if your Service(s) are suspended or terminated for cause.
  • Your refund request has to be justified with a valid technical issues faced due to hosting services.
  • There is a limitation of every hosting platform. On an OpenVZ VPS, GUI is not supported and it won’t be possible to upgrade the kernel or change the BIOS setting. Kernel upgrade is possible on KVM Cloud instances but you cannot change the BIOS settings. You won’t be eligible for any claim or refund in such cases.
  • The refund will not cover any kind of taxes, setup fees, license fees, refund processing fees, postal charges or any kind of payment processing charges or bank fee(s).
  • There will be no refunds issued in case the web hosting account was involved in violation of our terms of service or any kind of illegal or system resources over-usages or after 7 days period or beyond the coverage of our refund policy as noted here.
    The free domain is offered with particular plans of shared hosting and reseller.
  • One free.COM or.IN domain is offered with the purchase of every newly mentioned plan on HostingSpell for 1 year.
  • The domain will be free for the first year, renewal charges would be applicable from the second year.
  • If the web hosting service includes a free domain name, and you cancel the web hosting service, the domain charges (standard rate as per website) would be deducted from the refund amount.
  • If the refund amount is less than the domain name price, you will have to pay the difference or forfeit the domain. The ownership of the domain will remain with Max Me Global.
  • if you fail to pay the difference amount. In the cases of late payment, we add 0.50 USD or 5% of the invoice as late fees. Late fees are waived with a special request and only if you have 30 or more services active in a single client account.
    Transfer fees would be applicable if you wish to transfer the free domain name to some other provider. Without transfer fees, the domain will not be released.
    We have complete rights to refund the amount as a credit to the Client Area Account which was paid by any means.
  • The payments made through bank transfer, cheque, money order, cash deposit, or DD are non-refundable. A refund will be added as credit to the Client Area Account.
    The refund request placed after 7 days will not be processed and you will not be eligible for any refund.
  • The cancellation request should be sent by the customer through the Client Area. After sending the cancellation request, it would take 1 – 15 working days to complete the refund process.

Web Hosting Discounts

Max Me Global often offers discounts and special offers to customers. These are limited-period offers and its valid for the first term only. The discounted price will not be applicable on renewals. After completing the initial term the hosting plans will automatically renew at a regular rate.
